Scott brings over 20 years of recruiting experience, including 15 years working in staffing agencies and 5 years in RPO, where he led executive searches for global consulting firms and most recently tech giants like Amazon.
He specialises in Technology and C-suite hiring across Retained Search and Embedded Talent models, with international experience spanning the UK, Spain, Finland, Switzerland, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, Thailand, Indonesia Albania and Kosovo.
