Scott brings over 20 years of recruiting experience, including 15 years in agencies and 5 years in RPO, where he led executive searches for global consulting firms and most recently tech giants like Amazon.
He specialises in Technology and C-suite hiring across Retained Search and Project RPO models, with international experience spanning the UK, Albania, Spain, Finland, Switzerland, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, Thailand and Indonesia.
